The Birth of Ian

Ian, my second son, was born on January 17,1988 at the San Francisco Children's Hospital. It was in the afternoon, instead of doing the whole operation room thing, we were in a special birthing room where everything was going to happen. Even had a TV. In fact, I was watching an NFL playoff game when the time came. I got to watch this amazing thing looking over the doctor's shoulder. Sploosh! It happened so quickly.
